JDavis Construction Completes Training Facility at Tri-County Technical College

August 21, 2019

JDavis Construction (JDC) is proud to announce completion of a new building on the Tri-County Technical College (TCTC) campus. The 8,500 square foot building will be utilized to train new employees for Arthrex, Inc.

On why, J. Davis was selected over the competition, Ken Kopera, Physical Plant Manager at TCTC, commented “JDC supports TCTC’s mission and they have a strong presence and good reputation in the area.” The first project for Tri-County Tech, Kopera went on to say that “The scope and size of the project seemed to fit in well with JDC’s past experience.”

Facing multiple design changes and inclement weather that affected exterior grading, J. Davis was still able to deliver a suitable building for Tri-County and Arthrex in a timely and economic fashion. Kopera said, “They kept the project moving forward during some challenging moments and always had a positive and professional attitude.”

JDavis Construction has completed several projects for educational institutions in the past. JDC President, Joel Davis said, “We love being part of the vision of every client, especially higher education. Enhancing the ability for a college to provide a better education is exciting.”

Tri-County and Arthrex are currently utilizing the new facility with great success.
