In the 2004 time frame, while building a screen printing business, a new brand was created to show a commercial contracting business. Almost every project was designed on a piece of graph paper then provided to a drafter if needed. J. Davis Construction began to be known as a Design Build Contractor. J. Davis completed its first industrial job at a manufacturing facility as well. Around this same period, Joel purchased a portion of the multi generation farm on Hwy 11, and built his first real office, warehouse, and fabrication area.
