By this time, the company had grown steadily, focusing on expansion and building a strong foundation. ​With a growing team in both building and grading, the company acquired more heavy equipment. The company expanded its structure into three dedicated crews of framing, grading, and steel framing. They also started self- performing concrete work. Later a crew was developed for painting, trim, and finishes. This era also marked the hiring of the company’s first shop manager to oversee equipment and tool management. Projects still ranged from 1,000 sf buildings in many sectors to 25,000 sf poultry facilities.
