In 2023, we hired our first third-party Life Coach providing free access to all staff and their families.  ​

The Westminster office underwent a major expansion, giving JDI its own dedicated space and New Terrain Grading (NTG) its own operational area. That same year, we launched the IMPACT Fund, a third-party charity employee assistance fund designed to support staff in times of crisis, further demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact at home with our teams.​

J. Davis Construction continued expanding its reach, taking on multiple projects in Western North Carolina and strengthening its foothold in the mid-state of South Carolina with several university projects. New Terrain Grading managed multiple year-long jobs that dominated the schedule, while the  Equipment Division refined its purpose, policies, and processes in its new facility.​

Meanwhile, JDI advanced its marketing plan and expanded its skilled trades department, adding new capabilities to better serve clients and strengthen our internal talent pipeline.
